Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The controller of the personal data processed through the RusWeo platform is RusWeo LLC, a New Mexico domestic limited liability company (New Mexico Entity ID 0008135150), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact for privacy questions: RusWeo@outlook.com.

2. Data we process

The platform processes the data necessary for authentication, management of requests, support, security, history and compliance with applicable obligations. Depending on how the platform is used, this includes:

• Account data: Telegram identifier and profile name when signing in with Telegram; e-mail address and a protected (hashed) password when signing in with e-mail; the role of the account.
• Request data: pick-up, drop-off and intermediate points, date and time, number of persons or items, description and characteristics of goods, comments, contact details given for the request, price and status history.
• Messages and images: chat messages and images exchanged within a request or with support.
• Location data: the locations entered in a request; and, for a provider carrying out an assigned request, the device location sent to calculate arrival times, only where the device permission has been granted.
• Notification data: web-push subscription details and Telegram message identifiers needed to deliver notices.
• Acceptance records: user identifier, version and SHA-256 hash of the accepted document, date and time, and the technical data reasonably necessary to prove the acceptance.
• Technical data: technical, activity and error logs (which pages of the website or application were opened, which buttons were pressed, requests to the server with their result, errors and freezes), and a marker that remembers that a person has already passed the human check, used for security and reliability. Text typed by users, passwords, message contents and parameter values of web addresses are not recorded in these logs.

3. Why we use the data

To create and operate accounts; to receive, confirm, perform and manage requests; to communicate about requests; to provide support; to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse; to keep the history of requests and acceptances; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Who receives the data

• Providers. A provider's access to user data is limited to what is reasonably necessary to carry out the assigned request. Providers may not use, disclose, sell or retain user data for purposes unrelated to carrying out the request or to their own legal obligations.
• Service providers of the platform. Hosting and storage are provided by Cloudflare; messages and sign-in notices are delivered through Telegram; password-reset e-mails are delivered through Resend; map data used by the platform is served from the platform's own infrastructure.
• Authorities. Where required by law.

5. International transfers

RusWeo LLC is established in the United States and the platform is used internationally. Data may therefore be processed in countries other than the one where the user lives. Mandatory data-protection laws of the relevant jurisdictions continue to apply.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes in section 3 and for legal obligations. Acceptance records are preserved and are not overwritten; each edition of a document is identified by its version and hash. Activity and error logs are kept for 14 days.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask RusWeo to give access to, correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to RusWeo@outlook.com from the address or account concerned. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot validly be waived.

8. Cookies and local storage

The website and application use the browser's local storage and a service worker to keep you signed in, to remember settings and to work reliably on mobile devices. They are not used for advertising.

9. Changes

RusWeo may publish new numbered and dated versions of this policy. The revision and the effective date are shown at the top of the page.
