These Terms of Service are the English rendering of the RusWeo platform terms accepted by users inside the RusWeo application (edition 4.3.0, dated 2026-10-03). The acceptance recorded for each user refers to that edition by its version number and SHA-256 hash. The original Spanish text is available at rusweo.com/client-terms/.

1. Scope of the platform

RusWeo is a digital platform for receiving, organizing, administering and managing requests for different categories of services offered by independent providers. The specific category, scope, price, availability and particular conditions are shown or communicated before confirmation where applicable.

These terms govern the general use of the platform. A service category may add special conditions that are compatible with these general terms.

2. Independent providers

Providers who receive requests through RusWeo act on their own account and do not become employees of the platform by that fact alone. Each provider is responsible for meeting the legal, tax, professional, technical, safety and licensing requirements that apply to the activity it actually performs.

The operational identification of the assigned provider may be shown to the user when necessary to carry out the request.

3. Creation, review and confirmation of requests

The user must provide truthful and sufficient information. The initial submission of data does not guarantee availability and does not by itself constitute performance of the service.

A request is considered confirmed when the platform or the provider expressly communicates its acceptance. Relevant later changes may require a new confirmation of price, schedule, scope or availability.

4. Categories and special conditions

RusWeo may manage requests for logistics and transfer of goods, cleaning, maintenance and repair, real-estate-related services, document assistance and other categories added to the platform.

The particular conditions of each category prevail over these terms with respect to the aspects they specifically regulate, without affecting the mandatory rights of the user.

5. Logistics of luggage, personal effects and goods

In the logistics modality, the main paid object is the organization, pick-up, transfer and, where applicable, delivery of luggage, personal effects, goods, parcels or other permitted items between the points indicated in the request.

The number of persons linked to the request may be used as operational data on capacity and safety. Where space, safety and regulations allow, a person directly related to the goods may accompany them in whole or in part as an accessory element of the operation. Such accompaniment is not in itself an individual per-seat or per-person fare and does not change the main paid object of the logistics modality.

6. Cleaning, maintenance, repair and other on-site services

In cleaning, maintenance, repair or other on-site service categories, the assigned provider performs the task within the confirmed scope and is responsible for its tools, licences, technical knowledge and tax documentation where applicable.

The user must report relevant conditions of the place, access, known risks and any special requirement needed to carry out the task safely.

7. Real-estate-related services

Publication, contact, coordination or referral functions related to real estate do not replace the professional, notarial, registry, tax or administrative involvement that applicable rules may require for a specific transaction.

The economic conditions and responsibilities of the intervening professional must appear in the specific information of the request or in the corresponding documentation.

8. Price, tolls, expenses and changes

The price shown or communicated corresponds to the scope of the request considered as a whole. Distance, duration, stops, waiting, volume, materials, tolls, parking and other operational conditions may be taken into account depending on the category.

A substantial change of scope may require a price adjustment, informed before continuing where possible.

9. Payments and tax documentation

The available means of payment are communicated on the platform or by the provider. The provider who performs the service is responsible for issuing to the user the receipt, invoice or tax documentation that corresponds to its own regime and activity, where there is an obligation to do so.

The platform does not legalize, register or replace the tax, professional or documentary obligations of the provider.

10. Cancellations and availability

The user may request cancellation before performance. Its economic consequences depend on the moment, on expenses already incurred, on work actually carried out, on the particular conditions communicated and on the mandatory rights that apply.

The platform or the provider may cancel or suspend a request in case of material impossibility, safety risk, incorrect essential information, lack of minimum conditions, force majeure or another reasonable cause compatible with applicable law.

11. Obligations of the user

The user must provide correct data, respect safety and access conditions, not request unlawful activities and communicate in advance any information that may materially affect the performance of the request.

For services concerning goods, the user must report fragility, dimensions, special value, restrictions or any condition that requires specific handling.

12. Communications and support

Communications related to requests may take place through the platform itself, Telegram, web notifications or other enabled channels. RusWeo may keep technical and messaging records necessary for support, security, resolution of incidents and traceability.

13. Personal data and confidentiality

The platform will process the data necessary for authentication, management of requests, support, security, history and compliance with applicable obligations. A provider's access to user data is limited to what is reasonably necessary to carry out the assigned request.

Providers may not use, disclose, sell or retain user data for purposes unrelated to carrying out the request or to their own legal obligations.

14. Electronic records and acceptance

Acceptance is given by an affirmative action within an authenticated session. RusWeo may keep the user identifier, the version, the SHA-256 hash of the edition, the date and time and the technical data reasonably necessary to prove the acceptance.

The user accepts an edition once. Later requests may be linked to that acceptance while the edition remains in force. A new legally relevant edition will require a new acceptance before continuing.

15. Version history

Each edition of these terms is identified by version and hash. Historical acceptances are not overwritten. A future update of the corporate data of the platform operator will be published through a new edition and will not retroactively modify earlier acceptances.

16. Mandatory rights and applicable law

No clause intends to exclude rights that cannot validly be waived or to prevent the application of mandatory rules that correspond to the nature, place or circumstances of a specific request.

Disputes must be analysed under the rules applicable to the specific case, including the mandatory consumer-protection rules where they apply.
